The Seevoice can identify objects roughly to a maximum distance of 10 ft depending upon the size of the objects. If it is a large object it can detect further distant objects and if the object is small in size then it may not able to distinctly identify the object.

Yes, the Seevoice is a complementary aid to the white cane or guide dog. Seevoice is designed to detect and inform the user about obstacles ahead of you , and helps in orientation in unfamiliar environments. Seevoice is typically worn on your neck using lanyard or pinned to your shirt, you can use your hand to hold the white cane or guide dog harness as usual.

No, but Seevoice is splash resistant We suggest that, like any consumer electronic device, you minimize the exposure to water.
